Returns policy

Be assured that all orders are fully insured during transit. If you are extremely unfortunate and your items arrived damaged you can receive a replacement on prints or a refund on damaged artwork.

Please choose items carefully and read the following guidelines:

  • Artwork on paper may be returned or exchanged at the customer's expense for shipping and packaging costs, provided there is no damage or fingerprints on mounting boards or paintings
  • Limited edition prints cannot be returned due to the risk of customers touching the paper without cotton gloves, making the prints impossible to be resold
  • Previous collection paintings and bundle deals on sale cannot be returned

If your order was received damaged, please photograph the parcel on the outside where damage has occurred and also photograph the damaged items as complete evidence for the claim. Then contact me IMMEDIATELY via the contact page link below and I will communicate what happens next....
